Floods in southern France

At least 25 people have died in floods in southern France and there were fears the toll could rise. Most affected area is Draguignan where situation of electricity and phone connection is very bad. The flooding began on Tuesday.

Landslide in Uganda (March 2010)

In a very unfortunate accident, an Air India plane crashed in Mangalore resulted in killing of 158 individuals. The IX 812 Dubai-Mangalore Air India flight had 160 passengers and six crew members on board. Bodies of all the 158 victims of the Air India Express plane crash near Bajpe airport in Mangalore have been recovered.
